On August 30 , 2018, the FRNV President, Dr. E. Sreedharan addressed the Officer-Trainees (IAS Officers/Probationers) at the LBSNAA Academy in Mussoorie sharing his perspectives with  and provided them insights into Ethical Leadership and Governance, that would strengthen and enhance their capabilities as potential public servants.
